A limited-edition XO Pot Still rum from Barbados's Mount Gay distillery that celebrates the traditional method of making rum. Warm aromas of butterscotch, rich mocha and toffee mingle with over-ripe plums on the nose. The palate offers notes of ginger and pepper, followed by dried fruits, dark chocolate and oak that linger in the finish.
