Casillero del Diablo
Casillero del Diablo is the largest winery in Chile, producing over 20 million bottles of wine per year. We have been making wines since 1883 and are proud to be one of the most awarded wineries in South America. Our wines are made using only 100% grapes from our own vineyards which are located at an altitude of more than 1,000 meters above sea level. This gives us access to some of the best terroir in Chile where we grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenere and Syrah among others.
With so many awards under our belt you can feel confident that your purchase will be well worth it! We have won multiple medals including “Best Value Red Wine” by Decanter Magazine as well as being named “Winery Of The Year” by Robert Parker Jr., who is considered one of the world's leading experts on fine wines. Our award-winning reds include Casillero del Diablo Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 - Gold Medal Winner at Mundus Vini 2013; Casillero del Diablo Reserva Merlot 2011 – Silver Medal Winner at Mundus Vini 2013; Casillero del Diablo Reserva Carmenere 2010 – Bronze Medal winner at Mundus Vini 2014; and lastly our flagship red blend called Gran Cruz de la Plata 2009 - Double Gold medal
