Terrible customer service

Contacted Bootle Club & Alex .
Bottle was out of date, initially offered 15% off, later raised to 50% off with a paragraph of terms & conditions.
Was told I could return it ! I then have to find the time to do it, it’s why I ordered online in the first place . Sent photo best before date … all I wanted was an in date bottle replacement.
Never would use bottle club again !
