Fits neatly inside the fridge for that mid-week treat! Pale gold in colour. Fine bubbles feed a persistent mousse. A delicate nose with hints of fresh citrus and white flowers. The wine's complexity is expressed in successive notes like vine peach and white fruits notes. A perfect balance between freshness and delicacy with fruity flavours very present on the finish. Predominantly Chardonnay this is a blend of all three of the classic Champagne grape varieties.

Description

Moet & Chandon remains to be the largest House within the region- considerably larger than any of its competitors. Claude Moet was the visionary behind this brand establishing the Maison back in 1743. One of their most famous (or should that be infamous) fans was none other than Napoleon who it is said took bottles of Moet & Chandon wherever he travelled.

Tasting notes

The colour is an elegant golden straw yellow with amber highlights. Its aromas reveal an exotic fruitiness - yellow peach, plum - with floral nuances (lime blossom) and elegant blond notes (brioche and fresh nuts). The palate is seductive and generous, combining intensity with roundness, fullness with suppleness, followed by a lively crisp finish to reveal the magical balance of champagne.
