The deep amber color of this whisky is just the beginning. On the nose, you'll pick up on Lagavulin's trademark peaty aromas, along with hints of citrus and vanilla. On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and wonderfully well balanced, with flavors of peat smoke, dark chocolate and sea salt. The finish is long and warming, with just a hint of sweetness.
