"Crazy Monday appeared on a Monday, born from a crazy idea that had been slowly maturing for years. Only one man knew where it came from: the Pittem Fool, an eccentric folk figure dressed in jester’s attire hanging round the Flemish village of Pittem late at night. He came across it one Sunday night when he was out for a drink at gin bar Le Dimanche. He thought it was crazy. Now his mask adorns every bottle. He tasted the gin. The first of many. Every mouthful was as unique as the bottle it was poured from. It was on Crazy Monday, his day. And what he tasted was liquid madness."
