Any of you with your own herb gardens will have a good idea what’s going on here and indeed this is the inspiration for this particularly characterful Gin. The family farm favourites were Rhubarb and Ginger, the 2nd best use for which is obviously Crumble. Try garnishing with Orange slices or perhaps even a sliver of Ginger itself.
