Tasting notes
Open, wild fermentation ensures that this beer is no run of the mill lager. Brimming with flavour, citrus and wheaty notes are extremely well balanced and refreshing. We were instantly impressed.

Best to use not-so-micro brews to avoid an overpowering beer flavor. Use the limeade can to measure the ingredients, and adjust with extra water if the mixture seems too sweet.
