From 100% pure Blue Weber agave, Lobos 1707 Tequila, Reposado reaches its perfectly robust flavor through rest. After resting for over six slow months in American white oak barrels, the liquid is blended with a touch of Lobos 1707 Tequila, Extra Añejo, and finished at its leisure in the brand’s historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels using the solera method. This creates a distinct profile that is spicy, bold, and audacious – expectant from any middle child with something to prove, and the middle child of Lobos 1707 Tequila is no exception.

Description
Lobos 1707 Tequila is an independent spirits producer that marries heritage and innovation. Inspired by the 16th century voyages of his ancestor, Diego Osorio has recreated the centuries-old recipe that resulted from bringing Southern Spanish Andalusian wine barrels filled with Mexican agave liquor back to Spain. The result is a premium liquid infused with history, culture, and legacy.
Harvested, distilled, and bottled in Mexico, Lobos 1707 Tequila and Mezcal Artesanal feature unique and elevated flavor profiles, created by blending a traditional Mexican distillation process with a finish in the brand’s historic Pedro Ximénez (PX) wine barrels, using the solera method.
Tasting notes
Bold and robust, with notes of wine, wood, and medium roast cocoa.

Picante de la Casa Cocktail Recipe
Lovers of the margarita, we have a treat for you here! The Picante de la Casa Cocktail, also called the Soho House Picante or Soho House Tonic, is a creation of the Soho House Club. That is a group of private members' clubs with its origin in Soho in the Londoner West End. The cocktail, however, does not have its roots in England but in West Hollywood, USA. -Although, actually, it looks like it could be straight out of Mexico.
