Peaky Blinder Bourbon Whiskey, 70 cl
This is an American bourbon that has enjoyed a finishing period in Sherry casks before being bottled as part of the Peaky Blinder range from Sadler's. The name comes from a street gang that was around in the late 19th and early 20th Century, a member of which you can see on the label - note the all important cap, which apparently was where the gang name originates.

Bourbon Old Fashioned Recipe
The Old Fashioned is one of the OG whiskey cocktails in modern record, thought to be developed way back in the early 1800s. Though there's too many modern variations to count, the classic Old Fashioned is understood as a simple combination of whiskey (usually bourbon or rye), sugar and aromatic bitters.
