Description
With the annulation of the laws against the manufacturing of spirituous beverages in Tennessee, the family of Ole Smoky's founder Joe Baker saw their chance to officialise their long lasting traditional company. The result can be observed in Ole Smoky's one-of-a-kind products as well as the fact that the Ole Smoky Distillery in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, is by now the most frequently visited distillery in the U.S. - even though it has been merely existing for three years.
Tasting notes
Creamy, sweet palate with vanilla ice cream and manuka honey

The Bottle Club Sour Cocktail Recipe
With thousands of different bevs on site, and millions of potential cocktail combinations, you can imagine just how hard it was to choose one to crown the official cocktail of The Bottle Club. It required hours and hours of researching, tasting, mixing, and tasting a little more. Thankfully, our Head of E-commerce Tim found the drink we'd been searching for when he was in Canada, and was served this delicious twist on a New York Sour. The cocktail was that flavourful, the bartender thankfully wrote out the recipe for us on a napkin, and Tim brought the recipe back to our team.
