The rather fantastic name is an amalgamation of the words Zymurgy and Emporium; Zymurgy is the study of scientific brewing and an emporium is a shop that sells various items and trinkets.

Fabulous drink efficient service

Disappointing

Sadly this did not live up to expectation. This had no resemblance what so ever to cherry bakewell in fact it had no real flavour at all. Very disappointing. Normally Zymurgorium are good but not in this occasion.
