Fruity aromas of red berries, apples and pears mingle with creamy vanilla and brown sugar on the nose. The palate offers notes of baking spices, ripe fruit, sweet malt, tobacco, dark chocolate, oak spice and stone fruits that linger in the finish.

The Bottle Club Sour Cocktail Recipe
With thousands of different bevs on site, and millions of potential cocktail combinations, you can imagine just how hard it was to choose one to crown the official cocktail of The Bottle Club. It required hours and hours of researching, tasting, mixing, and tasting a little more. Thankfully, our Head of E-commerce Tim found the drink we'd been searching for when he was in Canada, and was served this delicious twist on a New York Sour. The cocktail was that flavourful, the bartender thankfully wrote out the recipe for us on a napkin, and Tim brought the recipe back to our team.
