Gooseberry and Elderflower Gin from Wessex Distillery is created with real cold-pressed gooseberries and distilled elderflower in their rotavate vacuum still. The zing of the English gooseberries combines beautifully with the light floral notes of elderflower to create a magical fruity flavour.
