Very fruity wine with a deep purple colour. Modern, authentic and elegant wine. A special attention is paid to limit tannins extraction. The wines are fruity and fleshy with smooth tannins. Perfect balance between finesse and structure. A real winemaker's vintage. A simple blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot.

Description

A family company founded in 1996 by Pierre Montagnac. He has since been joined by his two sons, Romain and Thomas to provide wines from Grand Crus, Crus Bourgeois and Petits Chateaux. We believe all their wines offer superb value for money.

1870 Sour Cocktail Recipe

The 1870 Sour, also known as the New York Sour ,updates the Whiskey Sour recipe (whiskey, lemon, sugar, egg white) with a float of dry red wine. (Psst, a float is when you suspend the final ingredient on top of the drink!). Everyone loves a good layered cocktail. They are fun to make and look amazing in photos - perfect for Instagram.
