A highly limited Champagne, Pol Roger's Sir Winston Churchill was created as an homage to the late, great Prime Minister. Whilst each vintage will vary the Champagne tends to be Pinot Noir lead with all of the grapes picked from Champagne's Grand Cru vineyards (in other words the best).
