On registering with the app, I had input my details and made an order at which point I noticed a previous address I lived at in it which confused me but assumed I’d probably just had the app before and never used it, I amended my details and deleted the address so when the address pre-filled this time I thought nothing of it until the confirmation email arrived. I contacted bottle club they agreed to change the address and still delivered to the wrong address. I contacted their customer team advising the package wasn’t at my previous, previous address and they have responded once advising They need to check with Hermes if they can confirm delivery, I’ve replied to them to get nothing in return….however I never got to give my partner his favourite rum for his birthday as it never arrived. Lesson is it’s not as convenient but just get it from master of malt or some other place instead of this as even without the delivery issues all my orders will not allow me to pay unless I use my Apple Pay
