Description

Mr. Black is coffee liqueur for those who don't just drink coffee, they worship it. It's a tribute to what coffee should be - rich, dark and unapologetic. Mr. Black uses only the finest Arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia, Brazil and Papua New Guinea. These are blended and roasted into a unique coffee oil which is then blended with Australian wheat vodka and distilled in small batches in Our copper pot still.

Tasting notes

The result is something special - a complex nose of chocolate, floral aromatics and fresh coffee leads to a initial sweet entry which gives way to a clean spirit-forward finish with notes of dark chocolate, aniseed myrtle and burnt sugar..

Wrong item, refund taking forever

I was sent the ordinary version of Mr Black’s instead of the rum barrel edition. It’s taken forever to arrange a refund and over a month later I have had to start a chargeback with my credit card provider. The best offer from Bottle Club was a 10% refund to keep the wrong bottle, which doesn’t even cover the difference in price! Terrible and slow customer service, impossible to find a contact number anywhere.
