Description
The Beam family was actually of German decent originally known as Bohm. The name Jim Beam also stems from James Beam who managed the business before and after Prohibition thus keeping alive his family's legacy. I also think the name is a vast improvement on the distillery's original title of Old Tub!
Tasting Notes
Sweet and vanilla-forward, quite chocolate-y too. A subtle kick of warming cinnamon.
