For the perfect glass of Jacobs Creek Classic Merlot, start with the highest quality grapes. These are hand-picked by Jacobs Creek expert viticulturists from select vineyards in South Australia. The grapes are then crushed and fermented in open vats. This allows the natural flavours of the fruit to shine through. The wine is then matured in oak barrels for 12 months.
