The Glenlivet 15 Year Old Whisky, 70 cl
The nose is rich and oaked. There are notes of chewy resinous wood with a well-balanced acidity. Fudge and Madeira with apple crumble with calvados. The palate is full and rich with winter spice; cinnamon and cloves, thick oak with developing aridity. The finish is long and dry with a peppery note.

Description
We are now approaching nearly 200 years of being able to sample this most illustrious of Malts, albeit illegally for the first 2 years of its production back in 1824 when the distillery’s founder, George Smith, first started creating his Malt Whisky. He wasn’t alone making the most of their remoteness in creating illicit whisky then, but he was one of the first in Glenlivet to gain a licence following legislation changes in 1826. If you’re looking for a recommendation, then none other than Charles Dickens was known to be a fan!

Rob Roy Cocktail Recipe
If there was ever a cocktail to make you feel the glitz and glamour of the history and chic society of New York, it's ordering a Rob Roy. The Rob Roy is a riff on a Manhattan, with their only difference being the base liquor. A Rob Roy is made using blended Scotch while a Manhattan is made with Rye. As such, the cocktail is malty and smooth, with a bit of spice on the finishing end.
