Driver delivered to wrong address, actually to a neighbour I have no affiliations with, meaning I could not drink the water I had ordered in good confidence. Company blamed this on me. Receiving refund was a hassle, at first company refused until I mentioned the ombudsman. Won’t be returning to the bottle club as personally I have found better service from ordering via Actiph and Ocado.

This is a scam, i never received the delivery.

HAVING HAD DELIVERIES OF EVIAN FROM OTHER COMPANIES WHO ALWAYS DELIVER THEM DAMAGED, IT IS A RELIEF FOR SOMEONE TO USE SOME COMMON SENSE AND LOGIC REGARDING THEIR PACKAGING. I DO HOWEVER FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT ANYONE COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT SUCH SECURE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING, THEIR CRYBABY ATTITUDE SERVES ONLY AS AN EMBARRASSMENT TO THEMSELVES!! SHAME ON THEM FOR SHOWING SUCH DISRESPECT!!

There is absolutely no good reason for repacking bottles that have already travelled from France in their original boxes. The work entailed in unwrapping and recycling all that plastic has driven me to a different supplier.
