Produced at Clase Azul's distillery located in Jesús María, Jalisco, Mexico, Clase Azul Gold uses 100% organic, matured blue Weber agave plants. These agave plants are roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours to give the tequila a smooth, peppery, and sweet taste. The continuously-diluted tequila, aged for 9 months in American white oak barrels, creates a rich mahogany color unique to Gold.
