Champagne Carbon treads a delicate line of both respecting the traditions of the most hallowed of regions whilst clearly trying to bring a sense of modernity, evident in the presentation of their range of Champagnes. You have most probably seen it sprayed as drivers celebrate on Formula 1 podiums but do not let that fool you. Alexandre Devavry who is behind the House is a 5th Generation wine grower - his own Grand Father provided some of the wines for Carbon's first release.
Tasting Notes
All Champagne tastes better from a Magnum and this is no exception. From one of the vintages of the last 100 years this will not only be superb now but will probably improve for some time if you can manage to resist!
