Cambrook Foods was founded in 2012 by Angus Cameron and Michael Brooks who had a quest to make the perfect caramelised nut. After a few months of trials and tribulations they came up with their own unique way of baking nuts which are both salted and seasoned with original recipes of herbs, spices and flavours.
