The Causeway Collection from Bushmills grows with this incredible Irish single malt whiskey, which has been entirely matured in first-fill ruby Port casks from 2000 to 2021. Following that lengthy rest in those marvellous casks, this expression was bottled up at cask strength without any chill-filtration at all. Bushmills (named after it's location) uses the oldest functioning distillery in Ireland and has been a fundamental cornerstone in the small village employing generations of family and friends alike. Production ramped up in 2005 due to new investment which has seen the brand go from strength to strength whilst maintaining the quality of their whiskies.
