The Bowsaw Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey is an American whiskey produced in Kentucky. That this place is known for its long whiskey tradition is also shown by the loving and traditional production of this special whiskey. Its bottle contains 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. After distillation it matures in American oak barrels. Its name also tells a traditional story. Because "Bowsaw" is an allusion to the fact that the whiskey heads were cut off with a saw.
