Bloom is a subtle intertwining of 3 botanicals- Honeysuckle, Chamomile and Pomelo. For those of you who, like me, hadn't heard of Pomelo before it's a largish Citrus fruit found mainly in South and South East Asia. The Gin itself is beautifully balanced - delicate, light and floral. To round it all off there is a gentle sweetness which, in our opinion, makes all the more refreshing.
