Description

Hakushu is surprisingly fresh Japanese single malt from Suntory's second distillery, "the mountain forest distillery," located in the deep forest of Japan's Southern Alps. The Hakushu is embraced for its herbal, gently smoky flavor. Respecting Hakushu's heritage and signature taste, the aged American white oak cask malt whiskies are the backbone of this whisky. The innovative use of Hakushu lightly peated malt whiskies enhances its refreshing and crisp characteristics. The result is a whisky that is smooth in its complex nuances and as vibrant as a fresh green leaf.

Whisky Sour Recipe

The Whisky Sour is versatile – whether you decide to switch up the Whisky, sour or sweet element, the end result will almost always be delicious – just remember to stick to that golden ratio of 2 parts Whisky, 1 part sour and 1 part sweet (but hey, if your personal preference is different, you do you!).
