Ingredients
- Orange, sliced
- Rosemary Sprigs
- Cranberries
- 2.5 oz of Aperol
- 1/2 oz Cranberry Syrup
- 3 oz of Prosecco
- 1 oz of Soda Water
Method
- The night before you wish to serve, fill a large ice cube tray with orange slices, rosemary sprigs, cranberries and water. Freeze overnight.
- When ready to serve, first place an ice cube in a large gin glass.
- Pour over the ice the Aperol, Cranberry Syrup, Prosecco and Soda Water. Serve and enjoy!
