For the Beer Cheese Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup beer (same as used for the bites)
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
