Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 4-6 mint leaves
- 1/2 oz of lime juice
- 1 oz of White Rum
- 1/2 oz of Coconut Rum
- 1/4 oz of coconut milk
- Soda Water
- Optional: Mint leaves, pomegranate, powdered sugar (to garnish)
Method
- Add the sugar, lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle together to create a paste.
- Then add the White Rum, Coconut Rum, coconut milk and ice to the shaker and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a tall glass and top with Soda Water.
- Garnish with mint, pomegranate seeds and powdered sugar.
