Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons pumpkin butter
- 1/3 cup apple cider
- 2 oz White Tequila
- 1/2 oz orange liqueur
- 1 tablespoon coarse sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pomegranate juice (for rimming)
Method
- Combine coarse sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne on a small plate. Rim the glass by dipping it in a thin layer of pomegranate juice, then into the sugar mixture.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix pumpkin butter, apple cider, tequila, and orange liqueur. Shake well, fill with ice, and shake for another minute.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Top off with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and a sprinkle of the cinnamon-sugar mix.
