Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • ½ oz cream (or coconut milk)
  • ½ of Pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons of canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • Graham crackers (for the rim)

Method

  1. Crush graham crackers and place them on a plate.
  2. On another plate, pour a small amount of maple syrup.
  3. Dip the outer rim of your martini glass into the maple syrup, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Next, dip the syrup-coated rim into the crushed graham crackers to create a sweet and crunchy rim.
  5. Once your glass rim is prepared, it's smooth sailing. In a shaker, combine vodka, heavy cream, pure maple syrup, canned pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  6. Shake vigorously until well combined.
  7. Strain the mixture into your graham cracker-rimmed martini glass.
  8. Customise the sweetness to your taste by adjusting the amount of maple syrup (½ ounce for balanced, ¾ ounce for sweet, or 1 ounce for very sweet).
  9. Don't have pure maple syrup? Substitute with honey, simple syrup, or homemade brown sugar syrup.
