Ingredients
- 1 (3.4-oz) package lemon or pineapple jelly
- 1/2 cup cold whiskey (or an additional 1/2 cup cold water for a nonalcoholic version)
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- Gold sprinkles, for garnish
- 6 rainbow candy belts, cut into 2-inch pieces
Method
- In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add the jelly mix and stir until dissolved. Turn off the heat and stir in 1/2 cup more water and the whiskey. Arrange 16 plastic shot glasses on a baking sheet and fill each until two-thirds full with the mixture.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
