When sweet meets smoke, you get the Johnnie & Crisp Apple Highball – a flawless mix of whisky, cloudy apple juice, and a kick of kombucha. This refreshing cocktail is perfect for a crisp sundowner, blending the rich flavors of Johnnie Walker with the natural sweetness of apple juice and the tangy fizz of kombucha.

Ingredients

  • Johnnie Walker Whisky: 30ml
  • Apple Juice or Cider: 30ml
  • Apple Kombucha: 120ml
  • Soda Water (to top)
  • Lime or Apple Wedge: for garnish

Method

  1. Add: Choose your Johnnie Walker whisky. Pour 30ml of your chosen whisky into a tall glass, such as a Collins or Highball glass. Add 30ml of cloudy apple juice.
  2. Fill & Stir: Fill your glass with lots of cubed ice, then pour in 120ml of apple kombucha. Stir to combine.
  3. Garnish: Finish your Johnnie & Crisp Apple Highball with a lime or apple wedge.
