Johnnie & Crisp Apple Highball

Ingredients
- Johnnie Walker Whisky: 30ml
- Apple Juice or Cider: 30ml
- Apple Kombucha: 120ml
- Soda Water (to top)
- Lime or Apple Wedge: for garnish
Method
- Add: Choose your Johnnie Walker whisky. Pour 30ml of your chosen whisky into a tall glass, such as a Collins or Highball glass. Add 30ml of cloudy apple juice.
- Fill & Stir: Fill your glass with lots of cubed ice, then pour in 120ml of apple kombucha. Stir to combine.
- Garnish: Finish your Johnnie & Crisp Apple Highball with a lime or apple wedge.
