  • Pineapple Juice: 1 oz
  • Grenadine: 1/2 oz
  • Lime Juice: 1/2 oz
  • Overproof Rum (for the flame): 1/2 oz
  • Orange Slice and Cherry (for garnish)
  • Sugar Cube (optional)
  • Cinnamon (optional, for added flame effect)

    Method

    1. Prepare the Cocktail: In a shaker, combine the spiced rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and lime juice with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
    2. Garnish: Garnish the drink with an orange slice and a cherry.
    3. Create the Flame: Carefully float the overproof rum on top of the cocktail by slowly pouring it over the back of a spoon. Optional: Place a sugar cube soaked in overproof rum on top of the orange slice.
