El Nino Cocktail Recipe

If you're after a refreshing, tropical mixed drink you will love the El Niño cocktail. This beautiful vodka mixed drink combines Peach Schnapps, blue curacao, pineapple juice, orange juice, vodka, and soda water, and basically tastes like a slice of blissful beach. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry to max out the tropical aura of this bad boy.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Vodka
• 1 oz. (30ml) Peach Schnapps
• 1/2 oz. (15ml) Blue Curacao
• 2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz. (60ml) Orange Juice
• Splash of Soda Water
• Garnish: Banana Wedge, Cherry

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice except the soda water.
2. Strain mix into and ice filled glass. Add a splash of soda water
3. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry.
