Method
- Rim your glass with Tajín or cinnamon sugar for a spicy-sweet kick.
- Shake everything with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

- 25ml fresh lime juice , plus a wedge to serve
- 50ml fresh carrot juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 1⁄3 oz Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
- Coarse salt (or Tajin)
