Earl Grey Mar-tea-ni

Bright, aromatic, and irresistibly elegant, the Earl Grey Marteani is a modern twist on the classic Gin Sour, conceived by cocktail legend Audrey Saunders of NYC’s iconic Pegu Club. Infused with the rich, citrusy notes of bergamot from Earl Grey tea and smoothed by the creamy texture of egg white, this cocktail is a study in balance—floral, tart, and just sweet enough. It’s the perfect drink for tea lovers looking to elevate their cocktail game or gin enthusiasts wanting something uniquely sophisticated in their coupe glass.
