1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp ground paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 (12 oz) bottle dark stout beer
- 1/2 cup bourbon
METHOD
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently until garlic is soft and fragrant.
- Add rest of ingredients and stir to combine.
- Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely. Transfer to glass jar and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
