Ingredients

  • 15ml Midori (melon liqueur) for a bright green base
  • 15ml Purple Curaçao (or Blue Curaçao with a drop of grenadine) for the purple middle layer
  • 15ml Raspberry Liqueur (like Chambord) for a bold red top layer

Method

  1. Pour the Midori into a shot glass to form the bottom layer.
  2. Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour the Purple Curaçao over the Midori to create a floating middle layer.
  3. For the top layer, gently add the raspberry liqueur by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  4. Serve immediately and chant "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!" before taking the shot.
