Ingredients
- 15ml Midori (melon liqueur) for a bright green base
- 15ml Purple Curaçao (or Blue Curaçao with a drop of grenadine) for the purple middle layer
- 15ml Raspberry Liqueur (like Chambord) for a bold red top layer
Method
- Pour the Midori into a shot glass to form the bottom layer.
- Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour the Purple Curaçao over the Midori to create a floating middle layer.
- For the top layer, gently add the raspberry liqueur by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
