Albariño Mint Julep Cocktail Recipe

We all know and love the herbaceous Mint Julep, a perfect and refreshing cocktail for sipping in the sun. However the original, though delicious, packs a rather potent punch with its use of Bourbon. So what if I told you bartended Alex Day had invented a white wine twist on the Mint Julep, using the delicious, Spanish Albariño wine, to ensure you can keep sipping without the stress of over-intoxication.
This bright and crisp Spanish variation on a much loved cocktail is the perfect recipe to wow your guests this garden party season, and what's more - you'll only need 3 ingredients to make it!
